About:
Child Advocates of Silicon Valley recruits and trains Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) who stand up for children in the foster care system. As an Officer of the Court,CASA’s work with foster parents, teachers, social workers and others to get a complete picture of the child’s life and needs. Most importantly, they become a caring, consistent adult in the child’s life – and a powerful, independent voice for the court.
