Our mission is to create opportunities for positive change by promoting and supporting the full potential of individuals, the strengths of families, and the well being of our community.

Community Solutions is a comprehensive non-profit human services agency serving South Santa Clara County and the surrounding areas of South San Jose and San Benito County. Since 1972, we have responded to the growing and changing needs of our community, serving several thousand people from young children to older adults each year. We advance our mission by building emotionally healthy families, youth, and individuals, and increasing their interdependence, self-reliance, and safety. We provide wellness and recovery-based behavioral health services, empowerment-based domestic violence and sexual assault services, and strength-based prevention and intervention services to South Santa Clara County and the surrounding areas.
