Our Mission:
The Conservatory of Vocal/Instrumental Arts (COVA) is a K - 8 charter school bringing a strong academic and music education to inner city students. COVA students spend between 10 - 12 hours per week participating in Music and Performing Arts. Music and performing arts instruction is provided through a combination of professional music staff, COVA teaching staff, and partnerships with the Oakland East Bay Symphony.
